We are hiring across engineering, go-to-market and one department that has not been named yet. Every requisition on this page is real. That is the only claim we are making about them.
How we work
These were written in a two-day offsite and have not been revisited since, which we consider evidence that they were right.
We ship every day. Whether we shipped anything new is a metric we deprecated in March.
Every document is visible to every employee. There are 4.1 million of them. Search was descoped.
You will own your area end to end. Nobody else knows what it is, which is what makes it yours.
We replaced meetings with recordings, then recordings with summaries. Nobody attends anything and nobody knows anything.
Every team is two people. There are ninety teams. The org chart is a Miro board and it is load-bearing.
Our median time to hire is 341 days. We read this as rigour rather than as anything else.
Benefits
Benchmarked annually against a peer set we assembled for the purpose.
Take what you need. Average taken last year was 3.1 days, and the per-person figure is on a screen by the lifts.
Also hybrid. We hold a floor in Denver that nobody has badged into since March, and we are renewing it.
Two of the three are covered. Which two rotates quarterly, in a message posted to a channel you were removed from.
$2,000 a year, redeemable against a course catalogue our own platform wrote over a weekend.
Options priced against a 409A valuation we generated. Four-year vest, or one restructure, whichever arrives first.
Fully paid, and announced on LinkedIn by your manager, in a post about their own leadership journey.
Open roles
Each listing was written by the hiring manager for that team. We have not edited them and we do not intend to.
16 roles open. Nothing you type here leaves the page.
Own the path from a customer's single input to their forty thousand words. The input is optional.
Maintain the 912 prompts running in production. Around 400 contradict another prompt. There is a ticket.
Keep the production cluster alive through runbooks, ritual and the authority to declare every recurring incident unprecedented.
Own Dashformer, the em dash model. It is the only model here that meets its accuracy target.
Own entry-level execution at staff-level scope. Mentorship is available from the two interns who report to you.
Lead a content team of one, supported by a platform that produces the output of nine hundred.
Take published output up 40x year on year. Traffic is not a metric on this role.
Carry a $4.1M number against a product with four pricing models and one endpoint.
Every Enterprise account gets a dedicated CSM named Kyle. Kyle is a persona. We are hiring a fourth one.
Own the surface customers call "the dashboard". It is our most-viewed screen and our least-used one.
Keep one illustrated assistant consistent across 2,400 assets. The product may change; her ribbon may not.
Document the API. It has one endpoint and two parameters. We have scoped this at eighteen months.
Design the benchmarks we win. Publication is guaranteed. The venue is us.
Support ninety teams of two through a reorganisation that began in March and has no announced end.
Join every project after launch, accept full ownership and leave before the postmortem can become systemic.
Reports to the Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff reports to this role. Legal is looking at it.
We can generate one. It will be posted within the hour and filled by nobody, on schedule.
Region 31 openings are not listed. Region 31 has not been confirmed to exist.
Hiring process
Every candidate goes through the same process, in the same order, over the same 341 days.
Our platform writes your application and submits it on your behalf. It is also the only thing that reads it.
Twenty-five minutes, twenty of which are the recruiter describing the product. No two recruiters describe the same one.
A four-hour exercise. Candidates report spending eight. It ships to production either way.
Six interviews over two weeks. Four of the interviewers are on the same team and have not spoken since March.
We assess against a written rubric to remove bias. The rubric was generated and nobody has opened it.
We contact three references you provide and generate two more, for balance.
Extended verbally, on day 341, in a calendar invite titled "quick sync".
Life here
"I was hired onto the content pipeline. Eight months in I own a warehouse integration. Nobody has told me the pipeline is gone, and I have stopped asking."
